Thanksgiving is about connection. Neurographics is the art of connecting the neurocircuits of our brain via lines and shapes. Neurographics has been known to enhance brain function, spark remembering (have you lost anything recently?), and bring about connection in new ways. Join us as we connect together. All materials provided.

During this time of year, it can be difficult to get caught up on the thought “Am I doing enough?” This class offers a chance to see the value in yourself outside of performance. We will create a beautiful scrapbooking page showcasing your best attributes and why you are awesome, just the way you are.

Give yourself this time of self-acceptance and celebration. Feel free to bring old or new photos of yourself and/or your family to add to your page.
